Our eight distinct values define how and what we do

At the core of our company is the idea of being a champion. We exist to champion financial access. And we strive to be a champion in all that we do.

We have eight values that together spell out what it means to be a champion.

  • We are agile, both organizationally as a noun, and individually as a verb. We move fast and are nimble.
  • We mentor our peers and are in turn mentored by them as well. We are a learning organization and strive to acquire knowledge to derive a deeper understanding of our world, our business, our customers, and our colleagues.

  • We are innovative and constantly strive to invent new methods, techniques, services and products.
  • We take ownership. We say what we mean, and mean what we say.
  • Lastly, we are numerical and numbers driven. Results and data for us drive a rational and empirical process by which we improve and innovate.
